复合材料T型单元损伤演化的声发射特性研究

摘 要:进行了飞机结构复合材料T型单元拉脱试验研究。用声发射技术研究了复合材料T型单元拉伸载荷下的损伤演化过程。对复合材料T型单元拉仲载荷下损伤演化的机理进行了初步探讨。用参数分析方法对采集的撞击数、持续时间、事件以及幅值等声发射信号进行了分析,预报了复合材料T型单元拉伸载荷下基体开裂、分层、纤维断裂至完全丧失承载能力的损伤演化过程及对应的载荷。结果表明,声发射技术能够准确预报复合材料拉伸载荷下损伤演化的过程,从而为复合材料飞机结构的设计提供参考。

Study on Damage Evolution in Composite T-Joint using Acoustic Emission

Abstract: The damage evolution in the composite T-joints were investigated experimentally under monotonically increasing tensile load until failure was occurred . The mechanism of damage evolution in the composite T-jointswas study using acoustic emission (AE) parametric analysis including hits, durations , events and amplitudes. Thematrix cracking, delimitation and fiber fracture and the corresponding load were recorded. It is shown that the AEtechnique could predict the damage evolution in the composite T-joints more accurately compared with otherinspection techniques.
