Ti3SiC2氧化膜的抗循环氧化行为

摘 要 用循环氧化和用声发射技术研究了Ti3SiC2陶瓷材料氧化膜的抗剥落性和氧化膜的开裂行为利用XRD和SEM分析了表面成分和结构。结果表明, Ti3SiC2有良好的抗循环氧化性能腐蚀产物分成明显的两层,外层成分为TiO2.内层为TiO2和SiO2的混合物内层有明显的贯穿性纵向裂纹。在声发射实验的恒温阶段没有观测到声信号,但在降温过程中出现了声信号,表明生产应力不会导致氧化膜破裂,而热应力导致氧化膜破裂。

ABSTRACT    The spalling resistance and cracking behavior of oxide film on Ti3SiC2 have been stud-ied by cyclic oxidation and acoustic emission test. The morphology, microstructures and composition of the oxide scales are examined by SEM/EDS and XRD. It is shown that Ti3SiC2 exhibits good cyclic oxidation resistance at 1100℃ after 360 cycles. The oxide scale layer is stratified which is consistedof an outer part and inner part. The outer and inner part is consisted of TiO2and a mixture of TiO2and SiO2 respectively, which are the same as isothermal oxidation. It is important that there are many cracks in the inner layer can be observed. It is shown that the growth stress would not cause crack inoxide scale, however, thermal stress would cause inner oxide film crack by acoustic emission test.

Ti3SiC2层状三元化合物综合了陶瓷和金属的优点,具有高强度、高模量、低密度、可加工等优点,是一种很有发展前景的高温结构材料[1]研究表明,在一定的温度范围该材料有较好的抗高温氧化性能[2-5]。过去的工作主要研究了材料的恒温氧化性能,本文研究在Ti3SiC2上形成的氧化膜的抗剥落性能。
